Return and Refund Policy

ZRB Infinity offers professional consulting and counselling services. Because our services involve time, preparation, and expertise delivered in real time, our refund policy reflects that reality.

Session Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule your session at no charge if you give at least 24 hours notice. Cancel with less than 24 hours notice and the session fee is non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

Prepaid Packages

If you purchase a prepaid package and decide to stop before completing all sessions, we will refund the unused sessions at the per-session rate minus a 10% administrative fee. Requests for partial refunds must be submitted within 30 days of your last session.

Free Consultations

Free 30-minute consultations are complimentary. No payment is collected, so no refund applies.

Exceptional Circumstances

If ZRB Infinity cancels a session or fails to deliver an agreed service, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled session at no extra cost. We review genuine hardship cases on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

Email founder@zrbinfinity.com with your name, session date, and reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
