This policy outlines how ZRB Infinity delivers its services, what you agree to when you book, and what you should expect from the process.

Our Services

ZRB Infinity provides two categories of service: psychological counselling and operational consulting. Each service is delivered remotely via video call unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Booking and Scheduling

You book sessions directly through our Calendly scheduling links. Confirmation is sent to your email after booking. Bring any relevant context or materials to your session on time.

Session Conduct

We expect all sessions to take place in a private, quiet space where you can speak freely. ZRB Infinity reserves the right to end a session if conduct becomes disrespectful or harmful. Ended sessions of this nature are non-refundable.

Professional Boundaries

Our work is professional and bounded by ethical standards. Counselling services are not a substitute for emergency mental health support. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Session Recordings

Sessions are not recorded without explicit written consent from both parties.

Geographic Availability

We serve clients worldwide via video call. ZRB Infinity is built for the diaspora and operates across time zones. Scheduling is flexible to accommodate your location.

Service Changes

ZRB Infinity may adjust service offerings, pricing, or availability with reasonable notice. Changes are communicated via email and updated on this site.
